Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, review, and maintain WEP-related soft copy and hard copy documents.
• Prepare files for printing and official submission to ASE and other concerned authorities.
• Submit WEP documents to ASE and follow up for review and approval.
• Receive, verify, and maintain approved WEP documents and related records.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for the preparation and timely completion of WEP documents.
• Ensure proper document control, filing, and record keeping of WEP-related documents.
• Assist in preparing and updating technical documents, work procedures, and related project documentation.
• Perform other WEP-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
  
  

Professional Experience

• Preferably 3–5+ years of experience in construction/project engineering, QA/QC, technical documentation, WEP/Method Statement preparation, or a related field.
  
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of engineering drawings, specifications & technical requirements.
• Knowledge of WEP/Method Statement documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & AutoCAD.
• Strong documentation, coordination & communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel (Mandatory)

Strong teamwork, patience, time management, and communication skills
