- Install & Configure Grandstream IP-PBX systems and related telephony equipment.
- Set up & Support video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot & Repair IP telephony, network, and system faults promptly.
- Configure & Maintain network devices – Router, Switch, and Access Point (AP).
- Lead Project Deployment for IP-PBX and networking solutions from planning to go-live.
- Perform Regular Maintenance and preventive checks on all installed systems.
- Coordinate with Clients to understand requirements and provide technical support.
- Liaise with Internal Team for smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Prepare Documentation – reports, configuration records, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure Timely Resolution of customer complaints/tickets.
- Experience: 1 year
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: avaya ip telephony, ip pbx, pabx systems, pbx, it support, cisco voip, network engineering, project support, phone system operation
