- Ensure Plan and maintenance all Utility machines, Substation, Pump, Solar system.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out on time
- Ensure the maintenance of Diesel Generator, Boiler, Compressor, AC, Pump, Solar System & Substation.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Diesel Generator, Boiler, Compressor, AC, Chiller, Pump, Solar System & Substation Transformer, Switchgear, LT Panel, MDB, DB, PFI and BBT System.
- Perform and prepare report for RSC and NIRAPON audit purposes ER, IR, Thermal, LPS design, Yearly substation check, Electrical training, safety training, safety awareness, Transformer Oil test report, Yearly machine maintenance schedules, Boiler Hydraulic test report, Pressurized vassal test report and related documents for LEED practice.
- Ensure spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for required parts.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with factory safety, compliance and LEED requirements.
- Ensure the installation, relocation, and commissioning of new machines when required
- Ensure and perform new factory setup with maintaining BNBC Code, NFPA Standard, RSC, NIRAPON and LEED Requirements.
- Ensure Building Maintenance and MEP materials maintenance need to be carried out and follow-up as required.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education: bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee)
- Skills: mechanical maintenance, maintenance engineering, electrical maintenance, facilities maintenance, plant maintenance, facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, knowledge of maintenance procedures, maintenance management, maintenance planning
