- Operate and monitor glass lamination processes (PVB/EVA loading, pre-press, autoclave operation).
- Ensure proper glass cleaning, alignment, and interlayer handling.
- Maintain required temperature, pressure, and cycle parameters during lamination.
- Monitor product quality and minimize defects such as bubbles, delamination, and contamination.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operation.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the production area.
- Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in engineering
- Skills: production processes, production engineering, daily operations, plant maintenance, manufacturing operations management, manufacturing engineering, auto glass
