Job Description
• Oversee daily operations of the ready-mix concrete (RMC) batching plant and coordinate concrete supply to project sites.
• Coordinate with clients to receive concrete orders and ensure timely supply according to project requirements.
• Oversee the activities of batching plant operators, mixer truck drivers, helpers, payloader/loader operators, land pump operators and other project personnel.
• Monitor concrete production, loading, transportation and unloading activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams and operators to resolve operational issues and minimize delays in concrete supply.
• Monitor plant, mixer trucks, payloader, land pump and other equipment for operational requirements and report maintenance or equipment issues to the concerned personnel.
• Prepare monthly bills and maintain necessary records related to concrete supply and project operations.
• Promote proper workplace safety practices and maintain effective coordination among workers and project teams.
