Role Description The Embdesignshop role at Embroidery Design Shop is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The role involves creating and modifying embroidery designs using relevant software, preparing files for production, and ensuring that patterns meet size, color, and stitch requirements. Daily tasks include collaborating with production staff, reviewing samples, making adjustments to designs, and maintaining design libraries and documentation. The individual will work closely with the team to meet order deadlines, support quality control, and follow company standards and safety procedures. This role may also require communicating with supervisors or clients to clarify design specifications and provide input on design improvements.
Qualifications

• Ability to use embroidery design or graphics software and a willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, including pattern accuracy, color coordination, and stitch quality.
• Basic understanding of textile materials, garment construction, and how designs translate to stitched products.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production and supervisory teams on-site.
• Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple design tasks to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in embroidery, textile design, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to follow workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Minimum secondary or higher secondary education; vocational training in design or textiles is a plus.
