Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist will design, build, and manage cold email campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation for Priyo Mail’s clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up email sequences, segmenting audiences, monitoring deliverability, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve open and reply rates, and ensure compliance with best practices and relevant regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Comilla, requiring close coordination with the team to support multiple clients and continuously improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications

• Ability to work with Marketing Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Strong Communication skills for crafting clear, compelling email copy and collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Experience with Lead Generation strategies, including prospecting, audience segmentation, and nurturing contacts through email outreach.
• Proficiency in Marketing Automation platforms and Email Marketing Software to build, schedule, and manage scalable campaigns.
• Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices, domain and inbox warm-up, and compliance with relevant email regulations.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Prior experience in B2B marketing or performance-driven email outreach is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
