Jence is looking for Diploma Engineer in Electronics with the following skills:
- Solder SMD or Through Hole component on a double sided PCB with care.
- Test the board with proper testing tools: Voltmeter, Ammeter, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.
- Prepare boards for packaging and shipping.
- Familiarity with components: BJT, Mosfet, Resistor, Capacitor, Integrated Circuits, Antenna, and other passive or active components.
- Familiarity with Pick and Place machine (or at least knowledge of how it works).
- Kicad, Schematic Capture and PCB design software.
- Experience with studying datasheets and prototype design.
- Radio Frequency testing knowledge.
- Repair power supply, motherboard, or system boards.
- Remove or install Integrated Circuit using hotair gun.
- Remove or install BGA chip from/into system board.
- Electronics component identification, sorting and organization.
- Solder paste application using stencil.
- PCB cleaning using Ultrasonic cleaner or hand cleaning.
- CNC operation: Gcode, milling, drilling, etc.
- 3D Printer operation: Printing, changing filament, nozzle cleaning, etc.
- Printer repair: Change color or toner cartridge, cleaning color cartridge, update drivers, etc.
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Education: diploma in electronics engineering
- Skills: electronics engineering, electronics repair, electronics industry knowledge, electronic circuit design, electronics hardware design, pcb design, electrical skills, mechanical skills, technical knowledge of electrical systems, printed circuit board manufacturing
