Role Description The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gazipur, responsible for ensuring reliable and safe operation of all electrical systems and equipment within the facility. Daily tasks include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical machinery, production lines, and utility systems to minimize downtime. The role involves planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, documenting maintenance activities, and coordinating with production and safety teams to resolve electrical issues promptly. The engineer will also support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment, monitor energy usage, and adhere to relevant electrical standards and company safety procedures.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering for industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and practical applications in a manufacturing environment.
• Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance plans.
• Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Electricity, safety practices, and applicable electrical codes or regulations.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in textile or garment manufacturing facilities is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gazipur and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
