Sunbeam Renewable Energy Limited (SREL) is looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to solar, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects.



🔹 Position: Electrical Engineer – Design & Business Development

🔹 Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector.

🔹 Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

🔹 Location: Pallabi, Mirpur-12, Dhaka



🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering/design activities for timely project delivery.

• Review electrical and solar system designs and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.

• Analyze BoQ and support project cost estimation.

• Conduct energy audits and prepare technical reports and estimates.

• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and technical documents.

• Conduct site visits and provide technical supervision and contractor guidance.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Conduct and participate in client meetings, understand requirements, present technical solutions, and discuss project scopes.

• Support business development, technical proposals, commercial offers, cost estimates, and presentations.

• Support testing, commissioning, training, and project handover.

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.



🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EEE or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Solar and Renewable Energy Systems.

• Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies, BESS, electrical systems, and design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering/solar design software.

• Ability to conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present technical solutions professionally.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prepare technical reports, proposals, BoQs, and cost estimates.

• Willingness to undertake site visits and field travel.
