Position Summary

We are currently seeking ambitious, hardworking, self-motivated, and career-oriented individuals to join our team as Student Counselors or Senior Student Counselors. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in foreign education consultancy (for the senior role) and possess strong communication and client-handling skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Consult with students and guardians both over the phone and face-to-face regarding the admission procedures of foreign universities.

- Create and manage customer profiles, maintain visitor records, databases, and follow up regularly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and personalized communication.

- Ensure strict confidentiality of customer information and data.

- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms accurately, and maintain files and records efficiently.

- Meet individual and team targets; be goal-oriented and punctual.

- Participate in video presentations and online sessions to promote consultancy services.

Requirements

- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written).

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any subject.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign education consultancy (required for Senior Student Counselor position).

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.

- Professional appearance and attitude with a customer-first approach.
