Education Counsellor (Sales & Student Recruitment)

This is a sales role.

We're not looking for someone to sit and wait for walk-ins. We want a closer — someone who picks up the phone, chases every Facebook lead within minutes, hunts for students in colleges, coaching centres and communities, and turns conversations into confirmed enrolments.

About us

United Globals is a fast-growing study abroad consultancy in Uttara with an office in Malaysia. We're an authorised agent for top universities in Malaysia (INTI, APU, Taylor's, University of Cyberjaya, SEGi, Limkokwing) and Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus, American University of Cyprus, Neapolis University and more).

What you'll do

• Cold call daily from our lead lists and your own prospecting
• Own every Facebook/WhatsApp lead — respond fast, qualify, follow up until they say yes or no
• Hunt for students: college visits, seminars, referrals, community networks
• Run counselling calls and meetings that close — handle objections on cost, IELTS, visas and parents' concerns
• Hand confirmed students to the processing team and stay on the file until the visa lands
• Hit weekly call, lead and enrolment targets; report pipeline to the Student Recruitment Manager

Who you are

• Proven sales record — study abroad, admissions, insurance, telesales, real estate, any field where you closed
• Fearless on the phone; you enjoy the "no" because it gets you closer to the "yes"
• Fluent, persuasive Bangla; comfortable English
• Organised — you track every lead and never let one go cold
• Target-driven and self-motivated; you don't need to be pushed
• Study abroad experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train you on the products

What you earn

• Base salary: Depend on Experience and Skill
• USD 50 commission for every successful student — no cap
• 10% performance bonus twice a year when you hit your student threshold
• Salary increment every 6 months for top performers
