Role Description The Education Consultant (Commission-Based) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dinajpur. The consultant will counsel students and families on suitable courses, universities, and countries based on academic background, interests, and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining admission criteria and application procedures, supporting students with documentation and application forms, and coordinating with partner universities. The role also involves providing guidance on scholarships and financial planning, maintaining accurate records of student interactions, and following up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions. The consultant will collaborate with the team on outreach activities, such as seminars, school visits, and information sessions, to promote WBE’s services.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with a strong understanding of international higher education systems and admission processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Consulting, including the ability to assess student profiles, recommend suitable study options, and provide clear, ethical guidance.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and culturally sensitive manner.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with students and families.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field are preferred.
• Prior experience in education consultancy, student advising, or admissions will be an advantage.
• Ability to work toward targets in a commission-based structure, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Bangla and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
