Ecommerce Excellence Officer (EXO)

Offshore Gadget is looking for 5 motivated and energetic Ecommerce Excellence Officers (EXO) to join our growing Gadget Team in Mirpur, Dhaka.

If you are passionate about e-commerce, gadgets, customer service, sales, product research, and digital marketing, this could be the right opportunity for you.

• Handle customer communication through Inbox, WhatsApp, and phone calls, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
• Research new and trending gadgets and products based on market demand.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, offers, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing social media and e-commerce campaigns.
• Create ideas for engaging, conversion-focused content and promotional campaigns.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and business development activities.
• Work closely with the team to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
  

• 2–5 years of experience in gadget/mobile retail, e-commerce, sales, or business development.
• Graduate of a UGC-approved university.
• Tech-savvy, creative, proactive, and highly dedicated.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and e-commerce tools.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with knowledge of Product Research, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, or AI Automation will receive preference.
