Ronex Mart is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow the company's online business. The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, increasing online sales and profitability, developing digital marketing strategies, managing product catalogs and inventory, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and delivering an excellent online customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, online sales, marketplace management, analytics, inventory, and team leadership, preferably with experience in super shop, supermarket, FMCG, grocery, or retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Ronex Mart’s online sales and e-commerce operations.
• Manage website, app, social commerce, and online marketplaces.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, stock availability, and online merchandising.
• Plan and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
• Monitor orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer service.
• Coordinate with Store, Warehouse, Procurement, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Delivery teams.
• Analyze sales, customer, inventory, and marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Lead and monitor the e-commerce team and ensure KPI achievement.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
