Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management:
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales and growth strategies.
- Monitor online sales, conversion, product performance, and customer experience.
- Manage promotions, pricing, product visibility, and marketplace performance.
- ndependently plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage paid advertising, content promotion, retargeting, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop promotional plans aligned with e-commerce sales targets.
- Analyze digital marketing data and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Monitor CRM Team activities for customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and reactivation. Guide customer segmentation and targeted CRM campaigns.
Track repeat purchase and customer retention performance.
Analytics & Performance
- Prepare regular E-commerce and Digital Marketing performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales funnel, campaign effectiveness, and conversion trends.
- Coordinate with Sales, Brand, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
