Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales and growth strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor online sales, conversion rates, product performance, and overall customer experience.
- Manage promotions, pricing, product visibility, and marketplace performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Independently plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage paid advertising, content promotion, retargeting, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop promotional plans aligned with e-commerce sales objectives.
- Analyze digital marketing data and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Monitor CRM Team activities related to customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and reactivation.
- Guide customer segmentation and targeted CRM campaigns.
- Review CRM Team performance and provide necessary guidance for improvement.
- Track repeat purchases, customer retention, and reactivation performance.
- Prepare regular E-Commerce and Digital Marketing performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales funnels, campaign effectiveness, and conversion trends.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven strategies for business growth.
- Coordinate with Sales, Brand, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities, product availability, sales targets, and customer service.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve operational challenges and improve customer experience.
