E-Commerce Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp এবং অন্যান্য online platforms-এর customers-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
- Online order receive, process ও manage করা।
- Customer-এর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী product details, size, design, price ও stock availability সম্পর্কে জানানো।
- Customer-এর সাথে effective communication ও follow-up-এর মাধ্যমে online sales বৃদ্ধি করা।
- Customer queries ও complaints professionally handle করা।
- Potential customers-এর সাথে regular follow-up করা এবং sales conversion করা।
- Order ও customer information সঠিকভাবে maintain করা।
- Regular sales/order report তৈরি ও submit করা।
- অন্যান্য E-Commerce ও Customer Service-related দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
Important Note:
Minimum 3 years of relevant E-Commerce experience is mandatory.
Relevant experience নেই এমন candidates-দের apply না করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
Educational Qualification:
ন্যূনতম Bachelor’s Degree বা সমমানের শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant E-Commerce experience is mandatory.
- Online Order Management, Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp, Customer Communication ও Online Sales সম্পর্কে practical experience থাকতে হবে।
Job Location:
RS Leather BD Head Office
West Agargaon 60 Feet Road, Lion Builders, Lift-1, 1st Floor, Kolapata Restaurant-এর পাশে, Dhaka-1207.
Office Time:10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days:6 days a week
1 day weekly holiday
