We are looking for a proactive, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team as E-commerce Customer Support Executive. You will be the voice of Ap.com.bd on our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls for sales and support.
- Assist customers with product details, pricing, offers, and after-sales processes.
- Generate sales by converting leads and inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Solve issues related to delivery, product quality, and returns.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell products through leads when applicable.
- Report trending issues and customer feedback to the marketing team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer queries and resolutions.
- Co-operate with different sales campaign.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: BBA/ Honours Running or completed
- Skills: Customer Communication
