The hotel will feature 152 well-appointed guestrooms & suites (including 2 Presidential Suites), 4 international standard restaurants & lounge, multi-purpose banquet & conference facilities, outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, spa & wellness centre.
The hotel is currently in the pre-opening phase and is expected to commence full operation in Q4 2026. We are looking for a highly competent, guest-focused and hands-on professional for the position of Duty Manager.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as the management representative on duty and take full responsibility for the smooth overall operation of the hotel during the assigned shift.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service, operational efficiency, safety, security and inter-departmental coordination at all times.
- Handle guest complaints, requests and emergencies promptly, professionally and effectively to protect the hotel’s reputation and maximise guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain five-star service standards across all guest contact areas including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B outlets and public areas.
- Coordinate with all departments (Rooms Division, F&B, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Kitchen etc.) to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Conduct regular lobby and hotel walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, ambience, staff grooming and service readiness.
- Manage VIP arrivals, special requests and high-profile guests with exceptional attention to detail.
- Oversee night audit support, room status accuracy, cash handling and operational reports during the shift.
- Ensure full compliance with hotel policies, safety & security procedures, fire & life safety systems and emergency response protocols.
- Supervise and guide junior staff, provide on-the-job coaching and maintain high team morale.
- Prepare detailed Duty Manager reports and handover notes for the next shift and senior management.
- Assist in pre-opening operational readiness, staff training and standard implementation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager / General Manager as per business requirements.
- Experience: 10-15 years
- Education: bachelor of tourism and hospitality management
- Skills: hotel management, hospitality management, hotel administration, hotel operations knowledge, front desk operations, rooms division management, certified hotel administrator
