Role Description The Driver role at All is a full-time, on-site position based in Mirpur Model Thana. The Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks, following all traffic laws and company safety procedures, and completing assigned routes on schedule. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, loading and unloading goods as needed, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The Driver will interact with customers and team members, communicate route updates or issues, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficient transport and timely deliveries. The role may involve working varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on operational needs.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong truck driving skills with experience operating commercial Truck vehicles.
• Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record in compliance with local regulations.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to interact professionally and respectfully with clients and the public.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, conduct basic vehicle inspections, and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow route plans and delivery instructions.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and, when required, assist with loading or unloading materials.
• Prior experience as a professional driver in logistics, delivery, or transportation is preferred.
