Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Pahartali Thana. The Driver will operate company trucks to transport tea products safely and efficiently to designated locations. Responsibilities include planning routes, loading and unloading goods, ensuring accurate delivery documentation, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep. The Driver will follow all traffic and safety regulations, perform routine checks on the truck, and report any issues promptly. The role also involves interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional manner to support smooth delivery operations and positive service experiences.
Qualifications

• Strong truck driving skills, including safe handling and operation of a Truck.
• Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record.
• Effective Communication skills for coordination with dispatch and team members.
• Customer Service skills to ensure courteous, professional interactions during deliveries.
• Knowledge of local routes and ability to follow maps and delivery schedules.
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed and perform basic vehicle inspections.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety and company policies.
• Previous experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver is preferred.
