Job Description

PRAN-RFL Group is looking for an experienced DotNet Developer (HRIS) to join its HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining HRIS (Human Resource Information System) applications that support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, performance management, and employee self-service. This role requires strong .NET development expertise, hands-on experience in HRIS modules, deep understanding of HR workflows, and proficiency in database-driven application development including both SQL Server and Oracle.


Key Responsibilities

HRIS Development & Customization

  • Develop and maintain HRIS modules using ASP.NET / .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API.
  • Customize and enhance existing HR systems based on HR operational requirements.
  • Implement new HRIS features related to attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, employee self-service (ESS/MSS), and performance management.
  • Work closely with HR functional teams to map business processes into system features.

System Integration & API Development

  • Build and maintain API integrations between HRIS and other enterprise systems (ERP, BI tools, access control devices, time-attendance machines, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data flow across systems through synchronization and integration monitoring.

Database & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and optimize database structures in SQL Server and Oracle Database.
  • Work with complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics as required by HR leadership and management.

System Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support to HR team members for HRIS-related issues.
  • Analyze system performance, debug applications, and ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and process flows.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure HRIS data privacy, security, access control, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Follow secure coding guidelines and participate in periodic HRIS security audits.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
  • Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience developing or customizing HRIS/HR-related systems.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • ASP.NET / .NET Core
  • C#, MVC, Web API
  • JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
  • HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap
  • Strong database skills in:
  • SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers, optimization)
  • Oracle Database (queries, packages, procedures, performance tuning)
  • Experience with HR workflows such as attendance, payroll, recruitment, leave management, ESS/MSS.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, integration concepts, and authentication technologies.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP HR modules (Oracle EBS, SAP HR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting/analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in large-scale corporate environments.


Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
