Role Description The Django Developer will work full time on-site in Bangladesh, building and maintaining web applications using Django and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing back-end logic, integrating databases, and developing APIs and services that support front-end interfaces. The role involves collaborating with clients or stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The Django Developer will also debug and optimize existing code, perform testing, manage deployments, and document features and processes to ensure long-term reliability and usability.

Qualifications
- Strong back-end web development skills, including Django and related frameworks.
- Solid software development experience, with focus on clean architecture, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Proficiency in front-end development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support integration and collaboration with UI layers.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with best practices for secure, efficient code.
- Hands-on experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including design, queries, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze requirements, solve technical problems independently, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with deployment and hosting environments (e.g., Linux servers, cloud platforms) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
