Divisional Sales Manager

Role Description The Divisional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Comilla District, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within the assigned division. This position oversees sales teams, sets sales targets, and monitors performance to ensure achievement of divisional objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing key dealer and retail accounts. The role involves coordinating promotional activities, visiting outlets and customers, and ensuring effective merchandising and product visibility. The Divisional Sales Manager also prepares regular sales reports, collaborates with marketing and operations teams, and provides coaching and performance feedback to sales staff.
Qualifications

• Proven sales management experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG, with strong skills in territory management and target achievement.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities within the division.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills, including mentoring, performance management, and motivating diverse sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for managing dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Solid understanding of retail and distribution channels, trade marketing, and in-store merchandising practices.
• Comfort with using sales reporting tools, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or ERP systems for tracking performance and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Comilla District, travel frequently within the division, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
