Job Description
* Regularly recruiting personnel within the assigned area.
* Formulating effective action plans to set and achieve business targets for insurance agents and other staff.
* Supervising the daily activities of one's own organization or team members and assisting in policy marketing.
* Facilitating work opportunities by conducting weekly meetings and providing training to marketing staff.
* Evaluating daily performance and submitting reports on business generated to the Development Administration Department.
