Green Plan Fashion is a Bangladesh-based Buying & Sourcing Office working with international buyers and supporting them with reliable sourcing, product development, competitive pricing, quality control, and production coordination.

Our core strength is Sweater & Knitwear, with additional sourcing capabilities in T-Shirts, Woven Garments, Denim, Jackets, Bags, Towels, Aprons, Accessories and related apparel products.

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Director – Foreign Marketing to expand our international buyer network and develop long-term business relationships in overseas markets.

• Develop new business opportunities with international buyers, importers, brands, retailers, wholesalers and sourcing companies.
• Identify and approach potential customers in the USA, Europe, Canada, UK and other international markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers.
• Generate inquiries and convert suitable opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Products sourcing capabilities and competitive advantages to overseas clients.
• Coordinate with merchandising and management teams to meet buyer requirements.
• Represent Green Plan Fashion in international business meetings, trade fairs and buyer appointments when required.
• Develop a long-term foreign marketing strategy for sustainable business growth.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Proven experience in international marketing / foreign buyer development, preferably in the apparel or textile industry.
• Strong existing connections with foreign buyers, importers, brands, retailers or sourcing offices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of apparel products, FOB pricing, production, quality and export procedures.
• Ability to independently develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong commercial understanding and business networking ability.
• A result-oriented and professional approach.
