Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diploma Engineer Mechanical Marketing role based in Bangladesh. The role involves promoting mechanical products and solutions, identifying customer needs, and providing technical support during the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, preparing quotations and technical proposals, conducting product presentations, and coordinating with the engineering and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. The Diploma Engineer Mechanical Marketing professional will also gather market intelligence, maintain customer relationships, and support after-sales service. The position requires regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends to help drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and basic design principles.
• Knowledge of technical sales or marketing in engineering or industrial sectors, including product promotion, customer engagement, and negotiation.
• Ability to prepare and interpret technical documents such as drawings, specifications, quotations, and proposals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Basic proficiency in office and productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) for reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits, site surveys, and product demonstrations as required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
