Role Description The Digital Monitoring Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for monitoring digital platforms, tracking online activities, and ensuring timely responses to relevant content and interactions. The Digital Monitoring Executive will analyze trends, prepare regular reports on digital performance, and escalate issues or opportunities to the appropriate teams. The role also includes maintaining organized records of digital data, supporting campaign monitoring, and coordinating with colleagues to improve visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, customer service, and management teams to support accurate, up-to-date digital information across channels.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to monitor data, identify trends, and produce clear reports.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media, web dashboards, monitoring tools, and spreadsheets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and online engagement metrics is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a monitoring, coordination, or digital support role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
