Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, developing content for digital platforms, monitoring web analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. The role also involves coordinating with the design team to align marketing assets with UI/UX standards, conducting market research, and supporting lead generation activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, requiring regular collaboration with team members and participation in in-person planning and review sessions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics for performance tracking and optimization.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Relevant experience with content creation, basic graphic design tools, or UI/UX collaboration is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads), and email marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory if skills and experience are demonstrated.
