Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of online marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive engagement for Metaskill IT and its clients. This part-time, on-site role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and involves managing social media campaigns, assisting with digital advertising, and monitoring performance metrics across platforms. The Specialist will help create and schedule content, track web and campaign analytics, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals, optimizing campaigns based on data insights, and staying informed about current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across relevant channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage profiles, create engaging content, and grow audiences on key platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to measure performance, interpret data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively, present findings, and create clear marketing messages.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles, preferably in a technology or services environment.
• Familiarity with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, analytics dashboards, ad managers).
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
