Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote boxing events, athletes, and brand initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, optimizing online advertising, and monitoring campaign performance. The specialist will analyze web and social media metrics, prepare reports with actionable insights, and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement. Collaboration with event, design, and sponsorship teams is required to ensure consistent branding and effective promotion across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to optimize campaigns, track performance, and report on key metrics.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, partners, and audiences.
• Relevant experience in sports, entertainment, or event promotion is beneficial.
• Ability to create clear, engaging copy and basic visual assets for digital channels is an advantage.
• Familiarity with advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and social media management platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Dhaka with a flexible schedule around event dates.
