- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies specifically for travel and tourism services.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns for tour packages, air tickets, hotels, visa services and travel offers.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram and other digital marketing platforms.
- Develop lead-generation campaigns and optimize campaigns for qualified travel leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall marketing performance.
- Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies for different travel products and destinations.
- Create and manage retargeting campaigns for website visitors, social media engagers and previous leads.
- Develop monthly content and campaign plans based on travel seasons, holidays and destination demand.
- Coordinate with the content creator and customer service/sales team to convert digital leads into actual bookings.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign data and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media trends and travel-industry marketing trends.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of arts
