Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute online marketing initiatives to promote Makapp’s payment services and strengthen its brand presence. This full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh includes planning and running social media campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and monitoring performance across platforms. Daily responsibilities involve developing content for social media, coordinating paid and organic campaigns, tracking and interpreting web analytics, and preparing regular performance reports. The specialist will collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, improve user acquisition, and support customer engagement. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and recommending new digital strategies and tools.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow brand presence across major platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to measure performance, analyze user behavior, and optimize campaigns.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and reporting.
• Relevant experience with paid advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and SEO/SEM practices is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fintech or payment services, and familiarity with the Bangladesh digital market, is an advantage.
