Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and content platforms. Daily tasks include developing campaign strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports using web analytics tools. The specialist will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients on Fiverr and Upwork, to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure timely delivery. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, testing new tactics, and recommending improvements to enhance ROI and brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills for managing and growing digital audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Web Analytics skills for campaign optimization and performance measurement.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members and presenting campaign results.
• Relevant experience with SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with major social platforms, advertising managers, and basic design or content tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
