Role Description This is a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Dhaka, offered in a hybrid format with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Daily tasks include managing social media profiles, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to refine strategies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing objectives, preparing performance reports, and staying up to date with digital marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong Digital Marketing capabilities, including campaign management, audience targeting, and basic SEO/SEM understanding.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in a digital marketing or similar role; experience in B2B or product-focused marketing is an advantage.
• Comfort with using marketing and content management tools (such as social media schedulers, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
