Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Dhaka. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online platforms to build brand awareness and support enrollment goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data using web analytics tools. The role involves coordinating online marketing initiatives, collaborating with academic and admissions teams to align messaging, and preparing regular performance reports. The specialist will also stay up to date with digital marketing trends and recommend improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and related tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience creating and managing digital content (e.g., social posts, email campaigns, landing pages) tailored to educational audiences.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and basic design or branding principles is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
