Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in the Tangail District. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and websites to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment. Daily responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with instructors and staff to promote programs, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports on key metrics. The role involves handling paid and organic campaigns, improving SEO and website performance, and engaging with online communities to build a strong digital presence. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and data-driven marketing decisions.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Strong skills in content creation for digital platforms, such as writing posts, designing visuals with basic tools, and optimizing messaging for different audiences.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, use analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools and basic knowledge of website management (e.g., CMS platforms).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in the education and training sector and willingness to work on-site in the Tangail District.
