Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search, social media, and email. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing social media content, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web analytics and online metrics, and preparing regular reports on key performance indicators. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing goals, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion. The specialist is expected to stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website behavior.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
• Relevant experience with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) is preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and basic HTML or CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
