Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and curating digital content, monitoring campaign performance, and utilizing web analytics tools to measure results and improve strategies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, conducting market and competitor research, and preparing regular performance reports. The specialist will be expected to stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend new tactics to enhance the company’s online presence.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, with experience managing and growing brand presence across key platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
