Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) specifically dedicated to promoting domestic and international tour packages, holiday offers, and travel services.

Creating highly engaging content (captions, travel reels, eye-catching tour package posters, etc.) tailored for Tours & Travels branding.

Planning, executing, and optimizing paid ads and targeted marketing campaigns to maximize tour package bookings and client reach.

Handling online lead generation and responding promptly and professionally to customer travel inquiries, bookings, and messages.

Designing promotional marketing materials using basic graphic design (Canva or any other equivalent tools) AI and video editing.

Assisting with digital marketing strategies and basic SEO to increase online visibility and travel queries.

Analyzing digital campaign performance and preparing regular reports for management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the Tours & Travels industry.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Commerce background preferred).

Skills: Solid knowledge of social media marketing, Facebook Ads Manager, online branding, and digital travel trends.

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and basic graphic design/editing tools.

Communication: Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bengali.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.

Weekly Holiday: Friday and Saturday (Full days).

Public Holidays: All Government holidays as per the National Gazette.

Job Type: Full-time (On-site / Office Desk Job).
