Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogra. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring web analytics and campaign performance, and preparing reports with actionable insights. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align messaging, conducting market and competitor research, and contributing ideas to improve overall online marketing strategy. The specialist is expected to stay current with digital marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and improve multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for content creation, community management, and paid social campaigns.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and present clear insights.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices, email marketing platforms, and basic graphic or content creation tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
