Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Banani. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to promote EduExpress Ltd.’s services and strengthen brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring web and campaign analytics, and improving performance based on data insights. The role involves coordinating with consultants and management to align digital initiatives with student recruitment goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. The specialist will also research trends, contribute to marketing strategies, and prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content creation, community management, and platform-specific optimization.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and use insights to refine campaigns.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with prospective students online.
• Relevant experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or a related service sector is beneficial.
• Familiarity with common digital tools (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing platforms, analytics dashboards) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Banani, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
