About The Position
Shayan Resort is looking for a smart, energetic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can combine digital marketing skills with direct sales and customer conversion.
This is not a social-media-only position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through Facebook, Instagram, Google and WhatsApp, following up with customers, converting inquiries into bookings and contributing directly to resort revenue.

About The Position
Shayan Resort is looking for a smart, energetic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can combine digital marketing skills with direct sales and customer conversion.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through Facebook, Instagram, Google and WhatsApp, following up with customers, converting inquiries into bookings and contributing directly to resort revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Manage Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns.
- Plan and optimize Meta Ads.
- Assist with Google Ads and search campaigns.
- Develop campaigns for rooms, packages, day-outs, events and corporate bookings.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and content creators.
- Monitor campaign performance and advertising ROI.
- Identify new digital channels for customer acquisition.
- Respond to Facebook, WhatsApp and online inquiries.
- Make outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Sell rooms, packages, events, convention hall and F&B services.
- Generate corporate and group bookings.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
- Approach corporate companies, institutions and organizations.
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
- Skills: sales performance evaluation, sales performance tracking, follow-up sales activity, sales targets, sales performance analysis, sales management, exceed sales goals, sales target achievement, sales operations, sales target setting
