• Create engaging content and regularly manage Facebook Page, Facebook Group and LinkedIn.
• Create basic graphics, reels and promotional content using Canva or similar tools.
• Manage messages, comments, inquiries and community engagement.
• Maintain/update website content, participant records and databases.
• Communicate and follow up with new, existing and inactive participants.
• Generate leads and support conversion into registration/enrollment.
• Run and optimize Meta/Facebook Ads, including targeting and retargeting.
• Support digital campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads and sales.
• Maintain basic campaign/participant records and provide periodic updates.
• Explore and apply new ideas, AI tools and digital strategies to support ATISHOR's growth.

• Practical knowledge of social media management and content creation.
• Basic graphic/reel creation skills.
• Knowledge of Meta/Facebook Ads, targeting and retargeting.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic website/database management.
• Good communication and participant/customer-handling skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and take ownership of assigned activities.
• Previous relevant experience is preferred; however, practical skills and ability to deliver results are more important than years of experience.
