Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager at Top5StarShop will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels. This full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka will involve managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, running paid advertising campaigns, and overseeing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. The person in this role will analyze performance metrics, track web analytics, and refine campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with content creators, monitoring customer interactions, optimizing lead generation activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience in campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and paid social advertising.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Candidates should possess experience in Lead Generation, including designing funnels, nurturing prospects, and improving conversion rates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, basic SEO knowledge).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet performance targets.
