Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and display. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, overseeing content calendars, and coordinating with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role involves monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. The Digital Marketing Manager will also lead initiatives for lead generation, manage marketing budgets, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing for brand building, engagement, and audience growth.
• Experience in Lead Generation, including campaign setup, optimization, and funnel management.
• Competence in Web Analytics for tracking performance, interpreting data, and reporting insights.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a similar digital marketing or campaign management role is highly beneficial.
