We’re looking for a strategic, creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for GlobEx Education and drive brand growth, engagement, leads and conversions across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Plan, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
• Drive lead generation, conversion and overall campaign performance
• Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & other platforms
• Develop monthly content, campaign and promotional strategies
• Monitor campaign performance, analytics, KPIs and ROI
• Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-performing campaigns
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market research
• Identify emerging digital trends and implement new growth opportunities
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Maintain a consistent, premium and professional brand presence across all digital channels
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
