Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mirpur. This position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified leads for NextGenERP. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing social media campaigns, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, optimizing content for search and engagement, and coordinating lead generation activities across digital channels. The role also involves tracking and analyzing web analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to campaigns. Collaboration with sales, product, and design teams is essential to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing assets aligned with business goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing multi-channel online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage, grow, and engage audiences across relevant platforms.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to design and optimize campaigns that convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, preferably with ERP or business software solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
