Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Digital Marketing, Local SEO & Web Design Expert. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote CCL INTERIOR DESIGN’s services, with a strong focus on local SEO to increase visibility and lead generation within Bangladesh and nearby markets. The expert will manage and optimize the company’s website, create and update landing pages, and ensure web design aligns with brand identity and user experience best practices. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media campaigns, monitoring web analytics, running online marketing initiatives, and coordinating content with the design and sales teams. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, recommending improvements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, engage audiences, and support brand awareness.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign results.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with design, sales, and management teams and to present marketing insights clearly.
• Experience with local SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization aimed at regional markets.
• Practical experience in web design or website management (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS), with an eye for UI/UX.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and basic graphic or creative tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced design environment.
